They're Sundancing as fast as they can
'Lay the Favorite' brings Randall Emmett, Stephen Frears, Bruce Willis, Rebecca Hall and D.V. DeVincentis to Sundance Film Fest. Sigourney Weaver and Rodrigo Cortes.The Sundance Film Festival found "Red Lights" stars Sigourney Weaver, Cillian Murphy and Elizabeth Olsen joining with director Rodrigo Cortes and exec producer Cindy Cowan for a low-key dinner before the pic's world premiere at the Eccles on Friday night. Olsen downplayed her role in the film, which received ho-hum response.Also on Friday, following the preem of "Celeste and Jesse Forever," director Lee Toland Krieger partied with his stars, including Rashida Jones and Elijah Wood, who manned the turntables at the Grey Goose Blue Door afterparty.Richard Gere held court Saturday at the "Arbitrage" fete, where guests included "Simon Killer" thesp Lila Salet."Lay the Favorite" kept its post-screening party raging late Saturday night with stars Bruce Willis and Rebecca Hall at the DirecTV- and Sundance Channel-sponsored affair.But the toughest door to penetrate was over at Bing Bar, where rapper Drake showed up after midnight -- more than two hours later than expected -- only to throw the industry-heavy Main Street crowd into a gyrating frenzy with a five-song perf that was preceded by a bawdy standup set from Aziz Ansari.Later, down the hill just a few blocks, those lucky enough to slip past the heavy-handed security at nightly after-hours hotspot TAO saw multiple thesps dancing onstage, on tables and just about anywhere their Sorel boots were planted on the snowiest night of the fest so far.
