I'm trying to figure out what episode this is. All I remember is Neal
(I think Mozzie was there too) sneaking into an office and being
found. He was then strapped to a gurney and sedated I believe. Peter
found him in this state and I think he handcuffed him in a board room
or something. Any ideas...?
